Shannon

Shannon

Practice Manager

Having had everything from iguanas and dogs to mice and hermit crabs, Shannon is definitely an animal lover! She even keeps an emergency kit in her vehicle in case she runs into a hurt animal! Shannon’s previous work includes managing multiple internal medicine practices and home care for the elderly. She has always gravitated towards working with animals though, so here she is! She gets the best of both worlds!

Tiffany

Tiffany

Assistant

At the very early age of five years old, Tiffany always said she wanted to be a veterinarian. As a kid Tiffany had brought home an injured chipmunk and tried to save it. Tiffany’s parents were not a fan of her bringing injured animals into the home. Her parents later in life enrolled her to volunteer at the Trevor Millbrook Zoo. Tiffany has worked in customer service for over 10 years and loved helping people. She then decided to do both by opening up her own pet sitting service. Still Tiffany wanted to be doing more in the community by helping pet parents and their pet family. Billings Animal Hospital was the perfect opportunity to do both! Tiffany is a first time loving pet parent of her current cat Ozzy, and looks forward to meeting you and your furry family.

Kristin

Kristin

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Kristin was fortunate enough to grow up in a household with animals and has the greatest memories of being a little girl dressing up her dogs and pushing them around the house in a toy shopping cart. By the time she was 15 she knew she wanted to work with animals and started volunteering at a local animal hospital, as well as, started working with a dog groomer in the same summer. Kristin quickly learned that veterinary medicine is where she wanted to end up. She graduated from Highland high school and went onto Suny Ulster Community College where she graduated with an A.A.S. in veterinary technology. She became an LVT in 2012 and also studied Pre-veterinary medicine at Marist college. Years of experience in dog breeding has taught her the value of life. Her passion for animals and love of making lasting memories with patients and owners is why she loves general practice so much.
